We currently ship eligible physical products within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, consultations, tarot readings, and one-on-one sessions are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, completed, or scheduled, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
